Orders can be placed online, as well as by email or phone. All orders must be accompanied by an institutional purchase order, institutional check, money order, or credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Sorry, no personal checks are accepted.

Institutional Sales

Prices are for organizations such as universities, colleges, corporations and government agencies purchasing films in digital or physical formats. Special pricing is available for public libraries, K-12, and community groups. Purchase effectively means lease for the life of the format. Prices include rights for organizational, class or library use by the acquiring institution. It does not include Public Performance Rights.  See License Agreement for full terms. Sales are shipped to arrive within seven (7) business days. For faster shipping, a $25 rush charge will apply. **Please specify the date needed. 

Standard DVDs are region-free and will play in most international players.

K-12 Schools, Public Libraries & Select Groups

Queendom Films LLC offers special rates of up to 50% off the full list price on sales to all K-12 schools and public libraries, as well as select community-based groups that provide direct service or advocacy and work with an annual operating budget of $200K or less. (Documentation of annual budget may be required). Purchase effectively means lease for the life of the format and includes in-house public performance rights for non-paying audiences only. Please inquire for fundraisers or any open & advertised events. Since rentals are not discounted below the institutional rate and the low-cost sale price is generally comparable, we encourage the sale option whenever possible. Sorry, we cannot offer this discount to any university-affiliated programs.

Digital Site Licenses (DSL)

Queendom Films LLC offers Digital Site Licenses (DSL) for the life of the file format which does not include public performance rights. After your order is received, a digital file will be delivered within three (3) business days. Special Terms apply. The licensing institution must host the film on a secure, password-protected platform. See: Digital Site License Standard Terms and Conditions

Digital Streaming Rights

The film is available for digital streaming at vimeo.com with a license that allows streaming over the course of a week.

Home Video Sales

Home video versions are not available.

Public Exhibition

To request a quote for a public screening, please email thepriceofmemory@gmail.com and we will confirm availability within 5 days.

International Payment

If you intend to wire payment, please email thepriceofmemory@gmail.com  and we will send you wiring instructions. Customer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, and duties.

No Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive a DVD that was damaged during shipment, or a corrupted file, please contact us at 917 618 8682 and we will replace it at no cost. If a DVD is damaged after purchase, a replacement copy can be obtained for 50% of the list price, plus shipping and handling. All damaged DVDs must be returned prior to replacement. 

DVDs in the United States and Canada will be shipped within 3 business days and will take 7  business days from date of shipment to arrive.  Shipment will be by USPS. If you would like your DVD in a shorter time, shipment is $20 to be sent by FedEX or other courier. 

Please be advised that your purchase of a DVD is made subject to the conditions set below:

1. Purchase constitutes lease for the life of the format.

2. The DVD will not be altered or copied in any manner whatsoever. (The DVD is protected under U.S. Copyright Code.)

3. The DVD is to be used only for educational use by the Customer.

4. The DVD will not be shown to the public, theatrically, commercially. Screenings will not be advertised to the public.

5. The DVD will not be rented, loaned for a fee, leased, or sub-leased to others.

6. The DVD will not be broadcast or televised, its contents will not be uploaded to the internet.

7. The Customer will not negotiate any transaction concerning the film without specific written authorization from Queendom Films LLC.

8. Defective DVDs may be returned by the Customer for exchange or credit. No refunds. All requests for return must be made in writing within thirty (30) days.

• Content may not be altered or edited in any manner.

• Digitized material is for synchronous (live) or asynchronous streaming (multiple user, video on demand format) only and content may not be copied to any other format or used for any purpose not outlined in this agreement.

• The licensing institution must guarantee a password-protected environment without the ability of a user to download the program. Licensees may then deliver the contents of these files via password-protected digital streaming only to registered students, accredited researchers, faculty and staff of that institution and the occasional or walk-in user.

• The licensing institution may video stream content only for students in an educational setting (i.e. for non-paying audiences only).

• Queendom Films LLC video content is protected by United States copyright law. Duplication, reproduction, alteration, television broadcast or cablecast, (except for on campus closed circuit), loaning for a fee, leasing, sublicensing to others or use for any commercial purposes (i.e. charging admission) is strictly prohibited without express written permission from Queendom Films LLC.

• The term of this license shall be for the life of the file format, and an MP4 file will be provided after purchase. The files may be securely stored for archival purposes, but if the licensing institution decides to change file formats, then this agreement must be renegotiated before the film(s) are re- encoded, or new transcodes made and streaming of the film(s) resumed.
